In both my training and my therapy work with
clients, I work deeply with Values. These to me are the
fundamental building blocks of our actions, motivation, desires
and satisfaction. I therefore thought I should share my own values
as a trainer and therapist. |

My Touchstone
I value authenticity.
This includes honesty, openness and truth to one's own being.
I value flexibility.
This includes innovation, appreciation, and responsiveness.
I value wonder. This
allows me to learn and teach.
I value play. This
allows me to wonder, learn and teach!
Most of all, I value the
true being that is present here and now, no matter what appears to
be happening.
And this gives me the
motivation to play, wonder, flex, and work towards that authentic
being.
